Forward Progress!

And she's off! It's official! We have a crawler! On Monday I had to pick Makayla up from daycare because she was running a low fever. I brought her to school since it was almost the end of the day. Well, I wanted to show off how cute her rocking back and forth is, but when I took her little toy to 'lure' her towards me, SHE ACTUALLY CAME TO ME!! I kept backing up and she kept coming! So cute!! This video shows her when we got home way later. This is probably her second or 3rd time to crawl. She is way faster now, and not so awkward!

She is also 'talking'. She makes sounds that are real words! She's a pro at Dada. However, unless Jacob, the dogs, me, and all of her toys are her daddy, she doesn't know what it means! But, we'll pretend for Jacob's sake that she knows what it means and tell everyone that she is talking! I'll admit I am a little jealous!
