All Good Things Must End...

It's official. Summer is over. Today I had to go back to work. I had new teacher training today and I have it again tomorrow and inservice starts on Monday. I am no longer a stay at home mom. It sure was fun though!! Granny and Pap kept Makayla today and she is spending the night. Monday she'll go back to Kim's with all of her little friends. I am so sad!
At least our summer went out with lots of fun. Jake, Chance, and Aunt Jennie came down over the weekend and Jake and Chance spent Friday with us. We went to the pool and played Wii. It was fun, they are such good kids!

On Wednesday, Aunt Brandi, Hunter, Connor and BJ came over to swim and play. Again, great time!!

While I am so very sad to go back to work, I know how lucky I am to get to spend the summers with Makayla and Jacob. Here is my favorite picture from her birthday party, I love this little girl!!!

Look how cute she is driving her car!!

Makayla loves to dance. It is so cute!! She's has some really great moves. Her favorite is spinning in circles. Here is a video of her performing when Jake, Chance, Aunt Jennie, and Papa were over.

Great pictures! It is great that you can spend summers with Mckayla. Landree will be starting preschool two days a week in September. They grow up so fast!

Here is my comment! It was great seeing you two tonight! I miss you! Have fun in your portable! Let the kids decorate while you read the rules and procedures to them!

Alyson loved the dancing video. She made me play it again and again. :)
