This is the sentence spoken most often by me on my first day of school. I let my students ask me questions, what do they want to know about me. We have to spend a lot of time together, we may as well get to know each other. Anyway, most common question, after "how old are you?" was "do you have any kids?" Well, yes, and my response, every time, "I have a daughter, she is perfect and I love her." And she is and I do! She is just so cute! I still get a little teary every morning when I drop her off.
She is growing up so fast! She can now get her baby gate open and closed, we have to be sure the childproof thing is latched. She LOVES to dance. Any music of any kind will get her started - so cute!! She can 'give loves' - this is my favorite! I'll say, "give Daddy loves" and she sprints over to him to give kisses and a giant hug! She of course gives Mommy loves too, and Tate, and Kirby, and Kim the daycare lady. So sweet!!
It's been crazy busy around here and I haven't taken a zillion pictures like normal. But I will post a few so y'all can get your Makayla fix!
