Labor Day Weekend 2009

I hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend. We did! We've been pretty busy around here lately, which is why its taken me 4 days to post this!!

Saturday we were invited to a cook-out. I didn't know the people who were hosting it or many of the guests, but it was a really good time! Everyone was so sweet and the food was great! I even met a sweet blog friend, Cara! Makayla had a great time running around playing with all of the kids. She found a cute frilly little skirt to prance around it while climbing trees and playing around! She did manage to fall and hit her sweet little face on the corner of a table. But, she's okay! Just a scratch and some bruising. She's a tough cookie!




Monday we headed to the country to see Jacob's dad. Papa took Makayla on a tractor ride and a 4-wheeler ride. She was so happy! She also got to ride on a couple of tricycles! We had a great time!!
